Returns Policy

What information do we collect and process?

To initiate the cancellation of item(s) in your order and receive a refund, it is necessary for you to specify your preferred method. Please note that if you decide to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, we will provide a full refund. However, after this time period has elapsed, cancellations will not be possible and refunds will not be issued.

If you choose to proceed with the cancellation within the specified timeframe, the funds will be reimbursed to the same payment mode or account used during the initial transaction. This process typically takes 2-5 business days.

Once you have submitted your request for item(s) cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, Proway will promptly fulfill the cancellation and arrange for the selected refund option based on your preference. Furthermore, please note that returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Returns are accepted in the following scenario

1. Damages caused by misuse of the product will not be covered under the warranty policy.

2. Any incidental damage resulting from a malfunctioning product is also excluded from warranty coverage.

3. Warranty coverage does not extend to consumable items, such as parts or accessories that have already been used or installed.

4. Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial or UPC numbers in English are not eligible for warranty protection.
